- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 3 rashes bacon, chopped
- 3tbs parsley, finely chopped
- 3tbs olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
-Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
- Pre-heat grill on medium-high heat.
- When bacon slightly crisp remove and set aside.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine well.
- Place on grill and cook, stirring occasionally for 5-8 min,
- Grill tomatoes and mushrooms have slightly shriveled. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve

Turkey Egg Cups
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 24 regular slice bacon or 12 finely sliced deli turkey or ham
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons slice chives
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded almond cheese
Preparation
-Preheat oven 350 degrees F
- Slightly line muffin cups with olive oil.
- Cut bacon slice in 1/2 and criss cross in each cup.
(If deli slice place individual slices in each cup)
- Crack one egg per cup.
- Add sea salt and pepper season to taste
- Top each cup with shredded almond cheese and sliced chives.
- Bake for 20 minute until eggs thoroughly cooked.

•2 fillets canned salmon, flaked
•1 egg, beaten
•2 tablespoons green onions, diced
•1/2 cup bread crumbs (gluten free and dairy free bread crumbs)
•Olive oil, for frying
•Sea salt to taste
•Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Over medium heat, heat olive oil in a medium skillet.
- Combine canned salmon, beaten egg, green onions, seasoning & 1/4 cup bread crumbs (bread crumbs gluten and dairy free).
- Make into patties and dust with additional bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown, approximate 2 minutes on each side. All sides should be golden brown. Remove and place on plate with paper towel.
Let oil drain and Serve

Ingredients:
- 1 15.25 oz can peeled whole tomatoes with juice reserved
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin oil
- 3 peeled and crushed garlic cloves
- 1 small white or red onion finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery ( stalk and top finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup finely sliced mushroom with stems
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves or 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
Preparation:
- In medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat add onions, celery, parsley, mushrooms and garlic. Sauteed until vegetables tender.
- Add tomatoes with juice, tomato paste and seasoning. Stir ingredients. Tomatoes should soften and stir often.
- Let ingredients simmer at low heat for 30 to 45 minutes.

There is nothing like a slice of fresh bread in the morning. Paleo Raw Food Bread is a nutritious recipe combining cashews, omega, orange juice, strawberries and zucchini. Paleo breakfasts do not have to be boring. Enjoy this Paleo bread recipe top with fresh strawberries, peaches, bananas or favorite fruit.
Paleo Raw Food Recipe- Primal Recipe
Yield: 6-9 pieces
Ingredients:
-1 cup raw cashews
-1 cup Twister Sprouted Omega Blend
-3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
-2 cups strawberries, chopped
-2 cups zucchini, chopped
-2 teaspoons ginger powder
-1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
-1 teaspoon orange peel powder(optional, but yummy!)*
-1/2 teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
-1/4 teaspoons tevia powder (optional, but yummy!)

-Grind the cashews to a fine grind using a blender or food processor (fitted with the "S" blade). Transfer to a large bowl. Add the Twister powder to the bowl and stir to mix the ingredients. Blend the remaining ingredients together using a blender. Transfer the blended mixture to the bowl with the cashew/Twister ingredients, and stir thoroughly to mix. Loosely cover the bowl with a piece of paper towel (or cloth towel), and let it sit on your counter for 2 hours.
-Spread all of the bread dough on a dehydrator tray lined with a non-stick Paraflexx sheet (from Excalibur ). It should be about 10" x 10" with a height (or thickness) of about 1/2".
-Dehydrate at 135 degrees for one hour. Reduce the temperature to 105-110 degrees and continue dehydrating another 8-10 hours.
-Flip the bread onto a tray that is not lined with a Paraflexx sheet. Gently peel off the current sheet of Paraflexx being used. Continue dehydrating 10-12 hours. Cut the bread into desired size pieces and continue dehydrating another 1-4 hours, or more, depending on desired dryness. The goal is not to dry the bread completely if you want it like a soft bread.Strawberry Sweet Bread will stay fresh when stored in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up 5 days.
Serving suggestion:
Serve with a nut or seed butter ( Manitoba Harvest's hemp seed butter is shown in the picture) along with some diced fruit such as berries, orange, or banana.
